This seemingly straightforward request was anything but; no one had successfully met the challenge of sieving aluminum powder to these exact specifications.

This setup allowed the Aluminum powder to be safely sieved in an inert, spark-free atmosphere. Upon completion, a major Aluminum powder manufacturer inspected and approved our facility, validating our safety protocols. This procedure we implemented for safe Aluminum powder sieving is still in use in our facility to this day in 2023!
