Description: Company needed to sieve aluminum powder particles for additive manufacturing applications.

Screening Machine Used: Hi-Sifter 1002

Powder Cut Points: 74um and 25um

Final Specification Requirements: Maximum 1% fines below 15 microns remaining in -74um +24um fraction.

Production Run Results: Particle separation was successful, with 0% -15um remaining in the product fraction.
