Toll Blending, or also referred to as contract blending or a blending service, is a turn key solution where companies dropship their raw materials to us and we take your formula and turn it into finished product that is ready for shipment according to your specifications.
Elcan Industries has expanded its corporate capabilities to include contract blending and mixing services adding to our extensive line of screening, packaging and contract manufacturing services. We have a wide array of blenders that can be used to blend and homogenize dry powders.
In it’s toll dry blending facility, Elcan Industries has ribbon blenders, conical blenders, and screw blenders that can be used to homogenize material or create specific multiple component materials. Some of the blending equipment is cooling/heating jacketed to control environment in the processing vessel.
Elcan’s dry powder chemical blending capabilities are often matched with our dry powder sieving or contract packaging services to provide full manufacturing capacity to our customers.
