Unlike traditional vibratory or ultrasonic sieves, the Hi-Sifter delivers vertical energy directly to the screen surface, enabling precise separations down to 10 microns. This approach keeps the screen mesh clear and free of screen blinding and removes the need for additional deblinding devices such as balls, sliders, or ultrasonics.

The system features a patented “tensionless” screen cloth, which extends mesh lifespan and eliminates the need to ship meshes back and forth for rescreening.
