Technician Services

Elcan Industries provides technician services for customers who need experienced support with the installation, startup, maintenance, and repair of their powder processing equipment. Our technicians work directly with customers to get equipment operating properly, identify potential issues, and help production teams understand how to get the best performance from their systems.

Unlike companies that only sell equipment, Elcan operates many of the same technologies every day within our own toll processing facility. This gives our technicians practical experience working with different powders, screen sizes, operating conditions, and production requirements. Whether a customer is installing a new machine or troubleshooting an existing system, our team can provide both on site and remote technical support. Elcan’s existing service program already includes traveling technicians, in house repairs, screen support, replacement parts, and phone assistance.

Benefits of Elcan's Technician Services

Working with an Elcan technician gives customers direct access to people who understand the equipment from actual production experience. Because Elcan operates powder processing equipment within its own toll processing facility, our team sees how machines perform with different materials, particle sizes, feed rates, and production conditions. That experience can be particularly valuable when a machine is mechanically functioning but the process itself is not producing the desired results.

Technician visits can also help customers reduce unnecessary downtime by identifying wear, maintenance concerns, screen problems, or operating conditions before they become larger production issues. From new equipment startup to an existing system that is no longer performing as expected, Elcan can provide technical support focused on getting the equipment back into reliable production.
