Elcan started toll processing services (contract manufacturing) many years ago to assist customers in making products while their purchased unit was built and installed. From that initial beginning, Elcan has continued to develop processing capabilities to assist in our customer’s product success. There are many reasons to consider contract manufacturing like new product development, raw material formatting, fluctuating demand, product recovery/restoration, supplemental manufacturing capabilities, develop operating techniques to support machine sale, as well as the initial reason of getting a product produced while your system is being built.

Toll processing is where a customer pays for the use of our machinery and our expertise to create their own products or to process their raw materials. We have experience in a wide range of applications including hemp processing, sugar, rice, flour, crumb rubber, glass spheres, titanium and 3d Extrusion material. It allows a company to test new techniques and ventures without the capital outlay of installing machinery.
