The Allgaier system is equipped with an air knife cleaning system, which continually clears the screen mesh surface without damaging the powders, allowing for extended run times and consistent throughput rates.

For customers requiring even finer separations below 200µm, Elcan offers secondary processing with the Hi-Sifter high energy sieving machine technology, which applies vertical energy to break up clumps and separate powder down to 38µm without screen mesh blinding.
